Vegan and Gluten Free at All Square

 

At All Square we strive to accommodate all food requests.  Below is a list of ingredients, processes and sandwich options for customers who are seeking plant based / vegan and gluten free options.

 

Vegan: Non-GMO dairy-free mozzarella style cheese is used on all of our vegan sandwiches. Olive oil is used in place of butter on our flattop.   A separate cutting board is used to prepare vegan sandwiches.  New gloves are worn by the employee preparing any vegan item. We use a saute pan on our stovetop versus that flat top to ensure there is no contact with any non plant based food. When the sandwich is cooked, a clean, separate cutting board and knife are used to cut the sandwich.

 

Gluten Free: Rich’s Certified Gluten Free white bread is used for all gluten free sandwiches.  A separate cutting board is used to prepare gluten free sandwiches. New gloves are worn by the employee preparing any gluten free item.  We use a saute pan on our stove top to ensure there is no contact with any gluten. When the sandwich is cooked, a clean, separate cutting board and knife are used to cut the sandwich.

 

Any of our sandwiches can be prepared using gluten free bread.  Our house tomato soup and our french fries are also gluten free.
