• Grilled Cheese for Life (hereinafter “GCFL”) is a program run by ALL SQUARE, a Minnesota nonprofit corporation determined to be a 501(c)(3) organization under EIN 81-3572476.  GCFL raises the public’s awareness about the special needs of those who were formerly incarcerated.  In addition, GCFL engages the public to support the training, employment, and reintegration into society of those formerly incarcerated.    

• By clicking "I Agree" below, the purchaser certifies that he/she understands and agrees to the following program terms:

• The GCFL membership is a non-transferable membership guaranteeing the purchaser unlimited basic grilled cheese sandwiches (“Founders’ Favorite,” “Three-Cheese,” or “Basic” grilled cheese sandwich. Other sandwiches partially discounted.) for the “life” of ALL SQUARE, and the purchaser must present a photo ID in order to use their membership;

• The purchaser’s GCFL membership does not provide the user any other free menu items;

• The purchaser understands he/she is making a program-related purchase from (with goods and/or services provided in exchange), not making a donation to ALL SQUARE, and, thus, the payment of ($1,000) is not tax-deductible as a charitable donation;

• The purchaser may buy a GCFL membership for another individual, but in doing so forgoes the right to use the membership for him/herself.

• [If applicable, the purchaser agrees to disclose the name of the individual for whom they are purchasing a GCFL membership  within 60 days. In doing so, the purchaser certifies they understand that they surrender all privileges to use the GCFL membership for themselves. This disclosure can be made by emailing the All Square team at info@allsquarempls.com within 60 days of purchase.]

• Should the owner of a GCFL membership die within 180-days of purchase, the designation of who receives the benefits of the GCFL membership will be left to next-of-kin, and the next-of-kin must notify ALL SQUARE to whom the membership will be passed within 90-days of the individual’s death;

• The purchaser’s GCFL membership is only valid at the 4047 Minnehaha Avenue, Minneapolis, MN, 55406 location of ALL SQUARE;

• ALL SQUARE reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at any time, including GCFL members;

• The purchaser’s GCFL membership is only valid as long as ALL SQUARE exists; the program-related payment of $1,000 will not be refunded by the organization, or any of its directors, officers, or employees, at any time, unless All Square fails to ever open.

• By clicking "I Agree" below the purchaser hereby certifies that they have reviewed, understand, and agree to all of the above statements, terms, and conditions regarding my purchase of a GCFL membership with ALL SQUARE, and understand that these statements, terms, and conditions are subject to change.
