I’m passionate about the people of organization. Employees are the engine of businesses and it’s vital to create cultures in which they can thrive. As a human resources professional, I know how important my role is in regards to business success.

With over 9 years’ experience in HR, I am adept at enhancing the employee experience and developing positive workplace cultures. Since 2018, I have been employed in HR management for a Porsche Service Center. In 2020, I won the company’s prestigious award for HR Professional of the Year.

During the course of my career, I have gained a breadth of international experience. This includes two stints in Los Angeles as a HR administrator, as well as three years in UK as a HR manager. These experiences enabled me to obtain a knowledge of international HR practices and employment regulations.
