Archinect Interview | New All Square Architects | Now only 3K away!

Hello family!

Writing with some exciting news!!!

Featured in Archinect's "Working out of the Box" series:

I had the opportunity to conduct an interview with Archinect for their "Working out of the Box" series that features architects who have applied their architecture backgrounds to alternative career paths. The article can be found here.

This, for me, was one of my all-time favorite interviews as it allowed me to reflect on the ways in which architecture has informed, and continues to inform, nearly everything that I pursue. It also allowed me the opportunity to connect the dots, so to speak, when it comes to All Square and how its inception is the most beautiful culmination of architecture, law, and policy (my three areas of study).

Although my path has not been linear, it does actually (sort of) make sense. At least to me. Hahaha.

All Square's Architects!

With that, I am so honored to also announce that Jonathan Louie and Nicole McIntosh of 'Architecture Office' have signed on as the All Square architects!!!! Jonathan and Nicole are co-principals at Architecture Office and are also professors at Syracuse University's School of Architecture (my alma mater). Words cannot express how lucky I am to have them on board - should I find a way to get this thing fully funded.

Lastly, how could I not mention this?! We are only 3K away from our 50K goal!!! With one week remaining, I am saturated with hope, motivation, and even confidence. And with a successful Kickstarter campaign so close in sight, I can now allow myself to shift into the full-on grant writing mode in the pursuit of build-out and first year operations capital.

THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH! And, of course, if you could continue to spread the word - I would be so very honored. Every dollar I can bring in vis-a-vis Kickstarter will be a dollar less I have to find in grant and private investment money. WOOOOOO!

I'm going to close with the words of a dear friend: Stay humble; hustle hard.

With love and gratitude,
